Repository size jumped

I have an issue with the repository for our SQL clusters suddenly jumping from around 40% to 75% full and still growing.  AppAssure version is 5.4.3.  After searching the forum, I have increased the size of the dedupe cache and reduced the number of days the recovery points are saved.  I believe the issue started when we were replacing some of the clusters and moved databases from old cluster to the new one.  The recovery points from the replaced clusters have been deleted, but it didn’t make any difference.  Currently the repository is at 87% full.  We need to replace more of our clusters and I need to keep the recovery points for the old cluster in case there is a problem with a database.  I am afraid we will run out of room in the repository when I move databases.  If the problem was the dedupe cache size, when will the repository reflect those changes?  Is there anything else I need to do?
